Agreement to Our Legal Terms

These Terms of Service ("Legal Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you") and True Eve, operated by Mattheos (individual owner) ("we," "us," "our"), regarding your use of the True Eve app and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services immediately.

1. Our Services

True Eve is a mobile app designed to help users analyze and improve appearance through AI-powered recommendations, face scan-based insights, and progress tracking. Content is informational and not medical advice.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including code, design, branding, text, graphics, and related assets. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent that your information is accurate, your use is lawful, and you have legal capacity to enter this agreement.

4. User Registration

You may need to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and activity under your account.

5. Purchases and Payment

Purchases are processed through platform providers (for example Apple In-App Purchase). You agree to provide valid billing information and pay applicable charges.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled. Cancellation, refunds, and billing terms are governed by the app-store platform used to subscribe.

• iOS (Apple): Manage or cancel at any time in iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by Apple’s policies and local law.
• Auto-renewal: If not canceled before renewal, the subscription renews automatically.

7. Prohibited Activities

• No unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful use.
• No reverse engineering, scraping, botting, or service disruption.
• No misuse of intellectual property or user data.
• No attempts to manipulate AI outputs for harmful purposes.

8. User Generated Contributions

You are responsible for any submissions you send through the Services. You must have rights to submitted content and comply with applicable laws.

9. Contribution License

By submitting feedback or content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services.

10. Mobile Application License

The app is licensed, not sold. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, decompile, disassemble, or redistribute the app.

11. Services Management

We may monitor, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to protect users, maintain integrity, or improve the product.

12. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Legal Terms or if needed for security, legal, or operational reasons.

14. Modifications and Interruptions

We may update these Legal Terms and/or interrupt the Services for maintenance, upgrades, legal compliance, or technical issues.

15. Governing Law

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.

16. Dispute Resolution

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact us first at hello@trueeve.app and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

If not resolved, disputes will be submitted to courts with competent jurisdiction in Moldova, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

17. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

18. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Legal Terms.
